For current clients of Carolinas Biofeedback Clinic, LLC, we are
delighted to offer the option and convenience of paying for Biofeedback Training Sessions securely online
via major credit card or your own PayPal account. Ten-session packages purchased in advance are given a 7% online discount*, or you can pay
as you go for each individual session. Select the number of sessions you would like to pay for, and then click on the first Pay Now button on the right to choose your payment method. Note: in-office credit card or debit card payments are also accepted at the time of the session if you prefer to handle payments in person rather than online.
For home training equipment rentals** we have set up a convenient automatic recurring payment program to streamline the
payment process. Payments are made automatically each month. There is
a 3-month minimum for rentals. By clicking on the Subscribe Now
button on the right to select your chosen payment method. If you decide you would like to extend your rental beyond the
initial 3-month period, rental periods can be extended month to
month by clicking on the second Pay Now button on the right.
*Payments made in advance by Cash/Check qualify for a 10% discount for 10-session packages.

note: You must meet certain requirements to rent home
training units. If you are interested, please speak with your
