Why do I need a referral?
Carolinas Biofeedback Clinic works on a referral-only basis. A referral from a Primary Physician, a Specialists such as a Neurologist, or a Mental Health Professional indicating their recommendation for you to have biofeedback training for specific symptoms and noting a diagnosis if there is one, is all that is needed. A simple email to melanie.berry@cbfclinic.com or a doctors own referral
form indicating the symptoms for treatment is sufficient. Feel free to ask your doctor or therapist to call Melanie Berry at 888-317-5605 if they have any questions.
